How to Join

FRC and VEX

SHARP welcomes students in 7th – 12th grade from all areas and schools around Pittsburgh, PA. SHARP believes every student brings something special and unique to our team. Starting robotics as a teenager can teach you valuable lessons, that you may not have thought of before and start getting ready for future careers. Even if one aspect of robotics doesn’t intrigue you, SHARP offers many sub-teams that are very important and key factors to having a well-rounded team. Even if you have no prior experience, it doesn’t matter, we can teach you!

VEX IQ

VEX IQ is intended for those in Middle School. It is a great way to start getting into robotics. The longer your kid does robotics, the more skilled they become. The next step after VEX IQ is VEX and or FRC with most of our students coming from VEX IQ and FLL when they were younger.
