Starting off with a two motor ‘bi-directional lift,’ 3260S’ had a very successful season, becoming tournament champions, winning the excellence award, and becoming the Western Pennsylvania Skills Champion.

 

We initially thought that the placing rings on the tall neutral mobile goal would be the best strategy in Tipping Point, but this proved to be wrong as we watched match videos from early season tournaments. Seeing this made us have second thoughts, and so we switched our strategy to solely focusing on mobile goals just in time for our first competition. Surprisingly, we became tournament champions, and over dinner, we discussed how we would proceed over the holiday break.

 

We came up with our strategy and started designing our final robot for the season. We also came up with a gray and green color scheme to paint our robot. We continued our performance after the break, wining another regional tournament and becoming Western PA skills Champions!
