Punkin Chunkin 

Last Saturday we launched pumpkins across Hartwood Acres at Punkin Chunkin using 3 trebuchets: two 15 ft tall ones that launched over 300 ft and a smaller, human powered version. We let the community launch all 3 trebuchets, and ran arts and crafts activities including pumpkin painting, popsicle stick catapults, and LED ghosts. We’d like to thank Allegheny County Parks for organizing such a successful event, and can’t wait to see you all next year!
